DeNet Kenefick & Associates, P.A. was founded by Chuck DeNet and Mike Kenefick in 2002. Since that time Steve Wormley and Joan Morrow have joined as shareholders and along with our team of experienced and dedicated staff we are a full service CPA firm committed to providing exceptional customer service. Throughout the years we have experienced growth and advancement but have remained true to our core values. We are large enough to provide the services our clients need but small enough to continue to provide the personal attention our clients deserve.

What We Do

We offer a broad range of services, such as tax planning and preparation, payroll services, bookkeeping, estate planning and consulting services to individual clients and businesses all over Minnesota’s Twin Cities metro. In addition, we have experience working with clients who have assets and activities that extend beyond the state’s borders.

Corporate Responsibility

Giving back to the community is an integral role in the culture of DeNet Kenefick, and we are proud of the passion and commitment our employees take in volunteering and becoming involved in the community.  We participate in company sponsored service events and are especially proud that for the past several years we have prepared tax returns pro bono for our deployed men and women in the armed forces.  It is our way of thanking them for their service!
